Once a recharge is successfully completed and Reaches are credited to your user account, payments are generally non-refundable.
If an order submitted by you is rejected or cancelled by the administration, the 1 Reach deducted for that order is automatically refunded back to your platform balance immediately.
If money is debited from your bank account during a payment failure, Cashfree automatically reverses the amount within 5-7 business days.
